House at 78 Skye Point Road, Lake Macquarie, New South Wales, 1988-91

A family home on a waterfront site on Lake Macquarie, retaining the lower floor of a former cottage and introducing three skillion roofed elements clustered around a glazed roofed conservatory. The fourth element a car garage. Walls clad in timber painted, window details originally highlighted in strong colours, roof of fibre cement slates.
