Another west facing wooded site on Lake Macquarie, the access road immediately to the north, views to the lake from the upper level, car access to large garage underneath. Again the use of the 'butterfly' roof configuration allowing northern sunlight in to upper rooms, daylight to southern rooms, and access from within the house to the central gutter 1.0m wide, to allow removal of leaf litter. The house did not proceed to this design.
